- **Mitarbeiter Backoffice - Fahrzeuganmeldung (m/w)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Fahrzeugmanagement und Disposition von Neuwagen
- Terminvergabe und -verfolgung sowie Zusammenstellung der Fahrzeugpapiere zwecks Fahrzeuganmeldung
- Anmeldung von Fahrzeugen
- Kontrolle der COC-Papiere
- Bestellung von Nummernschildern
- Unterstützung des Verkaufs in generellen administrativen Aufgaben

**Ihr Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Automobilbereich;
- Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Automobile und das große Thema Mobilität heute und morgen
- Eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen, französischen und luxemburgischen Sprache
- Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sowie erste relevante Berufserfahrung sind von Vorteil

- **Employé Back-Office - Immatriculation (M/F)**

**Vos fonctions**
- Gestion des dossiers des véhicules neuves
- Gestion et suivi des rendez-vous, préparation des papiers pour l’immatriculation du véhicule
- Contrôle du COC (Certificate of Conformity)
- Immatriculation de véhicules
- Commande de plaques d‘immatriculation
- Soutien de la vente dans différentes tâches administratives

**Votre profil**
- Vous avez achevé avec succès une formation commerciale, de préférence dans le secteur automobile ou administratif
- Forte passion pour l’industrie automobile et le grand sujet de la mobilité d’aujourd’hui et de demain
- Travailler de manière autonome, soigneuse et orientée aux besoins du client
- Fort esprit d’équipe
- Maîtriser parfaitement l’allemand, le français et le luxembourgeois
- La maîtrise de l’anglais ainsi qu’une première expérience professionnelle seront considérées comme des atouts
