**Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary Service Officer**
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary Services
Officer.
Fuchs Asset Management S.A., an independent and privately-owned third-party Investment Fund
Manager (UCITS Management Company and AIFM) based in Luxemboug, is pleased to introduce this excellent opportunity, in a growing and challenging environment.

**Your role**:
You will perform domiciliation and corporate secretary services tasks and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will have day to day responsibility for investment funds / companies that can be either UCITS funds or Alternative Investment funds (real estate, private equity, infrastructure) or other entities.
You will act as one of the main points of contact for all matters relating your portfolio of Clients.
Reporting to the Head of the Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary Services, you will perform the following activities:
- Support smooth day-to-day corporate secretarial operations, governance and domiciliation of the investment funds / companies;
- Ensure that agendas, action points lists and board packs are prepared and issued in a timely fashion;
- Organise, attend and minute meetings of board of directors/managers of investment funds / companies;
- Coordinate and organise general meetings of shareholders of investment funds / companies;
- Coordinate the signing of documents relating to the day to day operations of companies including circular resolutions, board minutes, agreements,;
- Handle correspondence relating to the investment funds / companies;
- Participate and/or coordinate specific events such as incorporations, restructurings and liquidations of investment funds/companies;
- Maintain the statutory records for each Client;
- Interact with external and internal stakeholders (clients, board members, third party, legal counsels or service providers) both in person and via written or telephone communication;
- Comply with the relevant regulations at all times;
- Ensure that the internal processes and relating procedures are respected at all times and that logs are promptly updated;
- Participate in the design of the internal processes and relating procedures;
- Assist with other administrative tasks upon request.
**Your profile**:
- Hold a university degree (preferably Law, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent);
- Have 3 years or more of relevant experience;
- Legal background is an advantage;
- Fluent English and in French. Any other language will be an advantage;
- Capacity to build strong client relationships and excellent professional links with other departments and external parties;
- Experience in dealing with data;
- Able to take initiatives without waiting for direction and, when necessary, to ask questions;
- Strong organizational skills and eye for detail, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
