Compensation & Benefits Specialist

I am looking for temporary support (6 months extensible) to contribute in particular the on-going compensation and benefits projects under the supervision of the Head of HR and Organisation and support the C&B team during the annual salary review and performance award exercise.
We are specialised in the employment of middle and top management and highly qualified professionals in contracting, temporary and permanent placement.

- Participate in the annual compensation review process, specifically reviewing promotion and salary adjustment requests, and assisting in the administration of annual merit and bonus calculations.
- Support the Head of HR in reviewing salary positioning to ensure internal equity while adhering to budget constraints.
- Utilize the HR Information System (Oracle) and other internal tools related to compensation and benefits.
- Participate in HR and corporate projects, collaborating closely with staff and management to bring them to fruition.
**KEY BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in the Human Resources, Business Administration
- Work experience in an international environment
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent English communication skills, other languages are considered an asset.

- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
