- Collaborate closely with a squad of Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers.
- Research and understand users' needs and goals through user interviews, analytics reviews, usability testing, in collaboration with our UX Researcher.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, high fidelity designs, and prototypes in collaboration with the Design Lead, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Review and offer UI feedback throughout the design process (from brainstorming to researching, sketching, prototyping, testing, and implementation).
- Design for web and mobile experiences working on branding, typography, visual assets, copy, and animations.
- Create and maintain our brands’ style guides, brand books, visual component libraries, design systems...
- Create or retouch graphical assets including illustrations, photos, infographics, etc.
- Identify key usability issues and provide suggestions on how to solve them.
- Contribute to regular testing of Ul components.
- Work mainly on a web-based interface for tools used by hundreds of internal users.
- Collaborate with different departments and creative groups to define and implement innovative solutions

**Qualifications**
- At least **2 years of experience** in a similar position.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Design or commensurate experience.
- A **portfolio** showcasing your talent and design process.
- Ability to quickly create **multiple design solutions** within tight deadlines while keeping a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent time management and a sense of initiative. You don't wait for things to come to you, you are naturally curious and willing to improve the products and processes you work on.
- Ability to present designs to various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Awareness of current trends in design, as well as a willingness to learn, grow and share.
- Proficient with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can express your ideas clearly and explain your design decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
