En tant que UI Designer, vous avez l'expérience d'avoir de bonnes connaissances en UX design mais resterez principalement en tant que UI Support (30% UX, 70% UI).

**Responsabilités**
- Recueillir et évaluer les besoins des utilisateurs, en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et les ingénieurs.
- Utiliser les commentaires des utilisateurs pour identifier, hiérarchiser et résoudre les problèmes des utilisateurs en solutions.
- Développer des prototypes en utilisant des systèmes de conception qui illustrent les solutions et comment elles répondent aux exigences.
- Préparer et présenter des solutions aux équipes internes et aux principales parties prenantes.
- Itérer de manière collaborative sur les composants de notre système de conception tels que les en-têtes, les boutons, etc.
- Adhérer aux normes mondiales d'accessibilité tout en gardant à l'esprit l'image de marque des clients.
- Collaborer efficacement au sein d'une organisation interfonctionnelle pour prioriser, définir et communiquer les progrès des livrables.

**Exigences**

Doit avoir
- Solide expérience en tant que concepteur d'interface utilisateur ou rôle similaire
- Expert en Figma
- Expérience sur d'autres outils de prototypage (par exemple, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Esprit d'équipe : solides compétences en communication pour collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes
- Bonnes compétences en gestion du temps
- Langues : français, anglais

Bon à avoir
- BSc en design, en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent
- Connaissance du domaine du secteur financier (par exemple, familier avec les valeurs mobilières, les produits dérivés, etc.)
- À l'aise avec plusieurs méthodologies de développement telles que Agile et Waterfall

Super d'avoir
- Expérience de travail avec une équipe de développement
