**Start Date**: As soon as possible
**Contract**: CDI
**Task description**
The training assistant will provide administrative support relating to the provision of training and development services to the customer. The role will focus on the following:
- Communication with the client and the service providers;
- Creation of offers for structured learning upon client’s request (searching for training/service providers, requesting and reviewing the offers; providing feedback to the providers), drafting reports;
- Administration and management of the service delivery (ensuring that the service delivery is performed according to the contractual terms, tracking of the service delivery process, liaising with the accounting team regarding the invoicing process);
- Logging and keeping up to date on the project progress status in the service management platform;
**Job requirements**:
- Holding a university degree, specialized in Business Management, HR, Communication, Marketing or a similar field, or experience in project management with administrative tasks;
- Excellent English skills and Fluent in French;
- Very good communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively act as a liaison between customer and supplier;
- Organised and detail-oriented;
- Good ability to analyse and summarise;
- Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines;
- Flexible and proactive approach to work;
- Focus on solutions and results;
- Previous experience in project management would be considered an asset;
- Service-minded and able to manage priorities.
