**Senior Corporate Officer - Portefeuille Diversifié
Notre partenaire est une **PSF ultra moderne, **avec une croissance très importante au Luxembourg. Depuis sa création, cette PSF est devenue le partenaire privilégié pour une **clientèle internationale** et variée (Soparfi/Holdings, PE/RE, Sociétés commerciales ).

Nous accompagnons cette PSF dans la recherche d’un **Senior Corporate Officer** multilingue (français/anglais) et motivé. En effet, vous rejoindrez un **environnement stimulant** et en plein développement, où l’**évolution professionnelle **des collaborateurs est toujours prise en compte. Que ce soit au niveau de vos compétences ou même du grade (Manager après quelques années), vous pourrez compter sur de nombreuses perspectives.

**Responsabilités **| Corporate Officer - PSF**
- Vous gérez la vie juridique quotidienne des sociétés domiciliées (type SOPARFI), de la **constitution à la liquidation**.
- Vous rédigez la documentation juridique relative à l’approbation des comptes, le transfert de siège, changement de gérant et plus.
- Vous organisez les Assemblées Générales et drafts des procès-verbaux relatifs.
- Vous gérez l’ouverture des comptes bancaires, vous publiez les comptes annuels au Registre de Commerce, suives les publications annuelles et plus.
- Vous accompagnez des juniors corporate officers en cas de questions et revoyez le travail effectué.

**Profil et parcours **| Corporate Officer - PSF**
- Vous avez **3 ans d’expérience ou plus** comme Corporate Officer au sein d’une fiduciaire ou PSF au Luxembourg.
- Vous avez une** bonne maîtrise de l’anglais** et du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Vous avez idéalement suivi une formation juridique comme un Bachelier/Master en Droit ou des formations externes dans ce domaine.
- Vous souhaitez intégrer une PSF qui vous offrira l’opportunité d’évoluer au niveau de vos compétences grâce aux **bonnes formations proposées**.
- Vous disposez d’une réelle aisance relationnelle, vous permettant de travailler en équipe et de maintenir de bonnes collaborations avec vos clients.
