**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
- **
Needs Identification and Definition**: Understand the end-users' expectations, detail specific use cases, and draft clear functional specifications for the technical teams.
- ** Risk Management**: Proactively analyze risks associated with the testing phases, preparing adequate test scenarios to minimize unforeseen issues.
- ** Project Leadership**: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- ** Process Improvement**: Critically review current procedures and propose improvements aimed at optimizing the client experience.
**Specific Contributions**:
- Actively participate in managing projects within financial services, including facilitating workshops and producing essential deliverables.
- Assist in modeling and regularly updating business processes according to established standards.
- Play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of client model data and supporting clients in structuring their process management approach.
- Implement strategic project management methodologies and write functional documents to guide transformations.
**Profil**:
**Your Profile**:
- You hold a **Master's degree** in economics, finance, mathematics, law, computer science, or a related field.
- You have accrued **3 to 8 years of experience **in a management consulting firm, with proven experience in drafting functional/technical specifications.
- You are proficient in **Temenos **tools (T24, Triple’A Plus ), and have in-depth knowledge of portfolio management, order flows, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with the Luxembourg financial market is an asset.
- ** You are fluent in French and English;** knowledge of German is a plus.
- You are a team player capable of working independently, resilient to stress, results-oriented, and able to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
