Hikma-Solutions recherche un "'Avaloq Business Consultant (f/h) pour un client bancaire de premier plan à Luxembourg
Mission longue - Poste en CDI ouvert aux freelances - Peu de remote.
En tant qu'Avaloq Business Consultant au sein de notre pratique ISDB, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réalisation de programmes de transformation majeurs, en participant activement à notre pratique bancaire numérique et en travaillant avec les solutions les plus avancées du marché.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en finance, informatique ou ingénierie.
- Vous possédez la certification Avaloq ACCP avec une spécialisation en technologies de base.
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience, incluant l'ingénierie des exigences (analyse des écarts, déviations) et la personnalisation du module Avaloq.
- Vous êtes disposé(e) à voyager fréquemment au Luxembourg et à l'étranger.
En tant qu'Avaloq Business Consultant / Senior Consultant Core Technologies, vos missions consisteront à:
- Préparer des appels d'offres et des propositions, et bâtir votre réputation en tant qu'expert reconnu sur le marché.
- Traduire les exigences du client en paramétrage du système Avaloq et en flux de travail de processus, en personnalisant le système Avaloq.
- Jouer un rôle central dans les interactions avec les clients, les autres conseillers et les parties prenantes.
- Analyser et documenter les besoins bancaires et commerciaux de nos clients, concevoir des solutions bancaires et techniques en collaboration avec eux, en utilisant les meilleures pratiques et en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des produits.
- Participer à l'ensemble du processus de transformation du système bancaire central.
**Compétences requises**:
- Capacité à rédiger des documents d'analyse et à soutenir des campagnes de tests.
- Compréhension des phases globales du cycle de vie de développement / mise en œuvre du logiciel Avaloq (une expérience du cycle complet et/ou une connaissance de la méthode de mise en œuvre GIM est un avantage).
- Solides connaissances en paramétrage Avaloq (ICE, ASMD, BRE, Avaloq DDIC, Avaloq Script, frameworks pertinents), compétences en PL/SQL.
- Une expérience ABR/S, une expérience avec les plateformes Avaloq SaaS et BPO et des connaissances de la technologie Container Platform Reference (ACPR) sont des atouts bienvenus.
- Des connaissances sur AMI WS, Open/Community API, Business Data Events (Replication) et Avaloq.One sont appréciées.
- Capacité à tirer parti de votre réseau professionnel au sein de l'écosystème Avaloq.
- Un véritable intérêt pour la technologie bancaire et une volonté d'être formé sur d'autres solutions de pointe pour devenir un expert des plateformes de gestion de patrimoine et façonner l'avenir de notre monde numérique.
- Excellentes compétences en communication à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- Être structuré(e), fiable et capable de travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Maîtrise courante de l'anglais, du français et/ou de l'allemand.
