The internship will take place within the HR Department, in the Diversity and Inclusion group. Missions of the D&I project are to raise awareness for diversity, inclusion, and gender equity aspects, to improve the roadmap to a diverse and inclusive corporate culture, and to implement and update gender equality actions.

**Responsibilities**:
**How will you contribute?**:
As a D&I intern, you will support the D&I Officer in building, launching and driving cultural initiatives and programs that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist the D&I Officer in the implementation and execution of projects related to the organization's D&I initiatives;
- Assist in the collection, evaluation, and monitoring of internal and external data;
- Work on D&I initiatives and programs, which includes working with other HR groups as the TA and the L&D team;
- Provide administrative support to D&I workshops, trainings and group meetings;
- Research and compile D&I articles, resources, tools and podcasts with the goal of providing recommendations on distributing this content to our workforce;
- Collaborate with the Communications team to facilitate internal and external communications and marketing.

Must Have Requirements
Be a Master student in one of the following disciplines: Sociology or Psychology with a focus on diversity, gender or intercultural/multicultural aspects; Diversity studies, Gender equality studies; Intercultural/Multicultural studies.

You also have:

- Good use of MS office pack;
- Knowledge of communication techniques and social media;
- Ability to integrate into a team and interact in a multicultural and linguistic environment.

On top of that, you have a good level of English and French. Luxembourgish and/or German would be an asset. You’re the one we’re looking for
