New Business Analyst, Officer

Permanent Contract

**Your Role**

We are looking for a New Business Analyst, Officer level, to join our NBIT team. As part of of your role you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the overall onboarding and supporting the day-to-day initiatives and execution of assigned projects.

**Your Team**

This individual will be part of the NBIT team in charge of new client launches and conversions. You’ll be directly reporting into a Team Leader and Manager.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze existing Fund documentation (Prospectus) and if needed drive the change process accordingly;
- Follow & execute project plan, revise as appropriate with the PM to meet changing needs & requirements and continue ongoing support for the OPS Teams;
- Identify issues/gaps and effectively communicate progress and escalations to superiors & Operations in order to have the analysis of existing model completed;
- Complete and manage project documentation (Log,OM etc) and checklists ;
- Assist the Client and the PM with drafting Future Operating Model;
- Report impacts on project budget;
- Ensure a proper update of all requirements, developments and / or Day 2 requirements via BCRs, logs and matrixes;
- Ensure TA system and any surrounding technology are properly updated and readiness received from all the stakeholders;
- Assist with creating and preparing the Runbook activities and/or Business transition documentation accordingly;
- Drive the process for all stakeholders involved in the process including 3rd party providers

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 6/8 years’ experience in business operation (or financial services industry)
- Sound understanding of Project management
- Solid Product/Service knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process/numeracy thinking skills
- Function as a leader to build a positive atmosphere of co-operation within the department and where all team members are engaged
- Self-motivated, organized in order to meet tight deadlines and flexible to new ideas
- Strong issue resolution skills with a focus on risk controls and client focus
- Fluent in English (written & oral) - additional Languages (e.g. French, German, Italian and/or Spanish) are considered as an advantage
