**Arηs **Cube** is looking for a **Business Analyst** (M/F) **
The business analyst (BA) will be part of the BMC team which is responsible to manage the ticketing platform of the customer based in the BMC SmartIT solution. It will be responsible to manage the entire lifecycle of SRM (Service Request Management) supported by SmartIT and should work to drive automation and good practice to improve consistency and enhance the customer experience.
**Your main responsabilities**:
- Responsible to manage the creation of new requests from across the customer for new SRM, groups, services, reportsin BMC SmartIT
- Discuss the requirements with the requestor
- Interface between requestor and BMC team
- Support the requests through the development Lifecycle
- Support end users
**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**:
- Previous experience as business analyst in a similar environment
- Good knowledge of BMC SmartIT (preferable) or other Ticketing tool
- ITIL knowledge (Ideally certified)
- Knowledge of SRM
- Good communication skills
- Structured and organized mindset
- Good office skills, specifically with Excel
