- 33407**NEW POSITION - Senior Private Banking Assistant - Client Support Officer - International Team**
For our client, International Private Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join the bank as the Senior Private Banking Assistant who will be in charge of the assistance to the internal and external CROs (Client Relationship Officers) that the desk is servicing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive, prepare and initiate the execution of customer’s instructions complying with internal procedures (authorizations, establishment of internal forms, collecting of internal signatures if required, transmitting the instructions to the relevant department)
- Input transactions in the system (where applicable)
- Collect customer’s instructions in case of corporate action events
- Follow-up on the accuracy and completeness of the customer's files
- Follow up on pending issues and escalate to Private Banker if necessary
- Be the contact person on behalf of the team for the other departments of the bank whenever needed (troubleshooting, requests, etc.)
- Be the alternative contact person to the Client Relationship Officer for customers (phone answering, meetings, etc.)
- Monitor the deadlines of the team
- Monitor Credit on a daily or monthly basis (limit excess review, collateral excess review, overdrafts, risk concentration, significant loss, etc.)
- Monitor Operation quality daily (deposit renewal, pending orders, MiFID profile, negative cash balance check, etc.)
- Monitor Risk yearly (dormant accounts, hold mail accounts, small balance accounts, claims escalation and follow up on a case-by-case basis, etc.).
**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Languages
- Good knowledge of Financial Products and ideally Private Banking processes and KYC/ due diligence
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role in a bank, Audit firm or other financial services
- Fluent in English and French, any other language being an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Client-oriented and proactive
