**Client Service Officer**
An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have the chance to become the main and reliable contact for Senior Relationship Managers. You are part of a dynamic and highly motivated team. The Service Executive Team is an international team working within a diverse environment in one of the most attractive segments with growth opportunities.
Your goal is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You will be in touch with our bank-internal specialists (products, credit, risk, legal, compliance, operations) and handle complex account related queries and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Wealth Management account.
**Key responsabilities**
- Support senior relationship managers from coverage teams to identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Document client profiles for onboarding purposes
- Interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage and KYC process
- Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned relationship manager
- Assist in preparing client meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft Minutes when present in client meetings
- Interact with clients on a recurring basis for operational matters
- Perform periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client services
**Skills and experience**
- At least 3 years of experience within Wealth Management / Private Banking
- Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services
- Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
- Client-centric and excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude, solution oriented and dynamic working approach
- Excellent German, English and French language skills, other languages are an advantage
