On behalf of our client, a successful Real Estate company in Luxembourg, we are hiring a "Supplier Administrator (M/F/d)" with a temporary contract 12-24 months.
Your responsibilities:
- Reviewing suppliers ́ documents and information
- Responsible for the audit of DATA in various systems
- Assisting other departments in data and supplier management
- Supporting the Merchant Control Manager and reporting ad hoc projects
- Performing external and internal correspondence as well as other administrative tasks
Your profile:
- BAC or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent Knowhow of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English and ideally in Italian, German, Spanish or French or any other language would be an advantage
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships
