**Relationship Manager Legal - Team of 7, High Flexibility

Then, we have the pleasure to introduce you to a Relationship Manager Legal position within one of our partners, a fiduciary member of the OEC, which has settle down in Luxembourg more than five years ago in the **city center location**. This is the perfect situation if you use public transport on a daily basis, it would save you time and money, releasing you from that stress.
A wide range of services is offered by this fiduciary to their clients (between 70 and 100) mainly **financial companies** such as SOPARFIs, Holding, Securitization vehicles thanks to specialized and experimented talents within the **human-sized team** of seven collaborators. This work environment will enables you to learn from others and share with each other your knowledge, allowing you to truly build strong relationship with them.
**Your Responsibilities **|** Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate**
- As a Relationship Manager Legal, you will **manage your own client portfolio** and support them within your service line such as collecting legal documents, examining them regarding KYC and/or KYT analysis.
- You will have a crucial role in this fiduciary and will care about its **growth** and aspiration by developing new clients and providing them quality services.
- You should be **drafting legal documentations** like the minutes related to the Boards meetings or contractual documents (contracts, IBL, agreements, IFL ).
- You will be considered as the point of contact with third Luxembourg parties among which lawyers, banks, administrations.
**Profile and Career Path **|** Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate**
- For this position, we are seeking for a profile with at least **3 years of experience** in a similar role in which you worked with autonomy. You should also be familiar with the Luxembourgish work environment with previous experiences in a related local structure (Fiduciary, PFS )
- Thanks to your good written and oral **English **and** French** command, you will be able to maintain a good level of communication within the team and your clients.

According to your profile and experience, your remuneration might reach **€ 80 000 **gross per year.
