**Vos responsabilités **| Fiduciaire - Juridique - Corporate**
- Votre rôle de Legal Relationship Manager, comporte des responsabilités diverses au quotidien. Principalement, la gestion d’un portefeuille client d’entités financières telle que des SOPARFIs, Holdings, Véhicule de titrisation, etc dans des domaines variés, mais aussi:
- La documentation légale, hétérogène de vos clients, telles que les procès-verbaux des assemblées générales et conseil d’administration, ou encore les contrats et autres documents structurant les opérations des sociétés de votre portefeuille ;
- L’entretien des relations client déjà établies et l’expansion de votre portefeuille ;.
- La coordination des interactions entre vos clients, les collaborateurs internes (équipe comptable) et les intervenants externes (avocats, banques, auditeurs et administrations).
**Profil et parcours **| Fiduciaire - Juridique - Corporate**
- Afin de garantir un certain niveau d’autonomie, une expérience entre trois et six ans est requise. Celle-ci doit avoir été réalisée au Luxembourg, au sein d’une structure similaire (PSF, Fiduciaire, ManCo, etc.).
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est primordiale pour des échanges limpides avec vos clients internationaux et la maîtrise du français est indispensable afin d’assurer au mieux une intégration optimale dans l’équipe.
- Votre personnalité dynamique et votre organisation rigoureuse font votre force et vous savez tirer profit des situations ambiguës avec calme et ingéniosité.
- Votre ambition est d’évoluer aux côtés de professionnels engagés, et ce, au sein d’une fiduciaire au fonctionnement collaboratif et menant un projet à long-terme.
