Looking for an exciting new challenge in a leading logistic real estate company ? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Legal Administrator to join our client's Corporate Legal team based in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.

As part of a young, diverse, and professional team, you'll be at the forefront of our client business, working alongside your colleagues from all over the world.

As a Legal Administrator, you'll play a central role in the operations, providing administrative support to legal and compliance team.

**Key responsibilities**:
Uploading and categorizing legal and corporate documents;
Maintaining storage rooms for corporate and financial documents;
**Organizing board meetings**: board packs, presentations and documents, weekly and quarterly basis;
Working closely with Asset Managers and Corporate Officers, you'll have a unique insight into the business and be at the heart of decision-making processes;
Organizing the team's outgoing mail and associated trackers.

**Qualifications**:
A first experience in corporate administration (Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant...), within a service provider, fiduciary, law firm or corporate department in Luxembourg;
Open personality with a can-do attitude;
Always looking for ways to improve processes;
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Fluent in English is required;
Proficiency with MS Office and experience dealing with databases.
