**Beschrijving**

Sous la supervision du Head of AML/CTF (également appelé " RC " en droit luxembourgeois), le AML CTF Compliance Officer contribue au cadre AML/CTF qui comprend:

- Vous serez chargé de vous tenir au courant des développements légaux et réglementaires entourant l'AML/CTF ;
- Vous serez familier avec les exigences légales et réglementaires entourant l'AML/CTF au niveau européen et luxembourgeois ;
- Vous rédigerez les politiques et procédures AML/CTF et le cadre d'évaluation des risques et veillerez à leur mise à jour ;
- Vous suivrez les changements réglementaires pertinents et contribuerez à leur mise en œuvre ;
- Vous veillerez à ce que les clients, les distributeurs ou toute autre contrepartie pertinente fassent l'objet d'une vérification initiale et continue par due diligence ;
- Vous assurerez le suivi des résultats des vérifications et aiderez à prendre les mesures appropriées ;
- Vous serez en liaison avec les agents de transfert pour les ouvertures de compte et l'analyse des rapports réguliers ;
- Vous aiderez à la supervision des activités déléguées, en particulier celles des agents de transfert et des distributeurs ;
- Vous participerez à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du programme de diligence raisonnable et de surveillance continue de la Société de Gestion en matière de LBC/FTF pour les distributeurs des fonds domiciliés au Luxembourg ;
- Vous fournirez un soutien sur les aspects AML/CTF aux équipes d'investissement ;
- Vous contribuerez aux rapports destinés à la direction générale et aux conseils d'administration des fonds ;
- Vous contribuerez au reporting aux régulateurs et/ou aux demandes ad-hoc ;
- Vous gérerez les relations avec les différentes parties prenantes (clients internes et externes, délégués, auditeurs et régulateurs) ;
- Vous contribuerez à la conception et à l'exécution des contrôles liés aux aspects de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme, conformément au plan de contrôle de la conformité ;
- Vous serez responsable du suivi et de la réponse aux éventuelles constatations d'audit afin de garantir l'adéquation et la rapidité de la correction.

**Profile**
- Maîtrise ou équivalent en droit, finance ou école de commerce ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ;
- 4-7 ans d'expérience significative en Compliance dans la juridiction luxembourgeoise au sein d'un Big 4 ou de sociétés de gestion d'actifs.
- Une forte expérience en Compliance dans le secteur de la gestion d'actifs est obligatoire ;
- Connaissance approfondie de la réglementation luxembourgeoise en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent dans le domaine de la gestion d'actifs et des produits financiers Lux ;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, rédactionnelles et de présentation et capacité à communiquer de manière efficace et concise ;
- Capacité à analyser et à communiquer des questions complexes à diverses parties prenantes ;
- Capacité à comprendre les exigences commerciales et juridiques ;
- Volonté d'affronter des questions difficiles et de remettre en question les autres si nécessaire ;
- Approche collégiale et collaborative pour travailler efficacement avec les autres afin de construire des relations professionnelles solides ;
- Capacité à gérer de multiples responsabilités et à établir des priorités pour respecter les délais ;
- Esprit d'initiative, fiabilité et motivation ;
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et multilingue.
