- Überprüfung der Qualität der ausgeführten Analysen von AML/KYC/KYA Dokumentationen von internationalen Kunden und Zielinvestitionen sowie selbständige Durchführung
- Sicherstellen des relevanten Eskalationsprozesses
- Überprüfung und Verbesserung der angewandten Verfahren, Richtlinien und internen Regelungen
- Identifizierung von Mängeln, Risiken, Trends und Schlüsselproblemen
- Interaktion mit den beteiligten Abteilungen zur Standardisierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Identifizierung von Schulungsbedarf und Durchführung von erforderlichen Schulungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von regelmäßigen und ad hoc Berichten für die Geldwäschebeauftragten in Luxemburg
- Durchführung und Überprüfung initialer und fortlaufenden Due Diligence Prüfungen in Bezug auf AML/CFT
- Beantwortung von Anfragen in Bezug auf AML/CFT von verschiedenen Stakeholdern (Geschäftsführung und -leitung, Verwaltungsrat, Aufsichtsbehörden, Prüfer)

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder ein verwandtes Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich AML/CFT in einem Finanzunternehmen, idealerweise im Asset Management oder einer ähnlichen Branche. Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als RC
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen AML/CFT-Gesetzgebung und -Vorschriften
- Gute Kenntnisse des luxemburgischen Aufsichtsrecht (insbesondere AIFMD)
- Fließende Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
