Bei Golding stehen die Zeichen auf Wachstum. Deshalb suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres engagierten Compliance/AML/CFT-Teams am Standort Luxemburg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt **eine/n AML/CFT Specialist (m/w/d)**.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Durchführung von Analysen von AML/KYA Dokumentationen von internationalen Zielinvestitionen, insbesondere Zielfonds sowie auch direkte Co-Investments
- Kontrolle von AML/KYC Analysen von Investoren, vornehmlich institutionellen Investoren
- Unterstützung der Geldwäschebeauftragten im Tagesgeschäft und Mitwirkung bei der Berichterstellung
- Mitwirkung bei der Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden internen Richtlinien und Prozesse zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller rechtlichen AML/CFT Anforderungen
- Unterstützung bei initialen und fortlaufenden Due Diligence Prüfungen in Bezug auf AML/CFT
- Beantwortung von Anfragen in Bezug auf AML/CFT

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Idealerweise relevante Berufsausbildung/-erfahrung oder abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium
- 2-5-jährige Berufserfahrung bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, in einem AML/CFT-Team oder bei einer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft bzw. AIFM im Bereich Legal, Compliance oder Innenrevision, idealerweise im Bereich Geldwäsche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen AML/KYC-Regulierung
- Grundkenntnisse des luxemburgischen Aufsichtsrecht (insbesondere AIFMD)
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse, gute Deutsch Kenntnisse
