**Head of Business Development (H/F/X)**
Pour notre groupe, composé de 5 hôtels (Parc Belair, Parc Belle-Vue, Parc Plaza, Parc Beaux-Arts et The Rose) et 3 restaurants (Le Bistrot, Le Bec Fin, La Gëlle Klack) tous situés à Luxembourg-ville, nous recherchons, pour entrée immédiate, un(e):
**_ Head Of Business Development_**
Le Head of Business Development aura comme principal défi de maintenir et poursuivre le développement des relations d’affaires avec les différents clients et partenaires de l’entreprise. Il est celui qui identifie les opportunités auprès des clients actuels et potentiels. Mais également celui qui participe à la promotion de nos solutions d’hébergement et de restauration, et ce, en s’appuyant sur notre mission et nos valeurs de service client. Ainsi vous assurerez la gestion des départements : Sales & Marketing, Banquets et Séminaires, Yield Management et Centrale de Réservations.
**Descriptif du poste**:
Vous êtes responsable de la définition de la politique commerciale ainsi que des orientations futures de l’entreprise qui devront assurer la croissance et amener de nouveaux marchés.
- Analyser et étudier les marchés en vue d’accroître la part de marché
- Détecter les clients potentiels et futurs partenaires
- Adopter de nouveaux produits afin d’élargir l’offre commerciale
- Faire vivre une culture de performance des ventes
- Elaborer les budgets afin de soutenir la croissance du groupe
- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies adéquats afin d’atteindre les objectifs établis
- Mettre en place le plan d’action en lien et dans le respect des objectifs business fixés
- Définir les moyens humains afin de garantir le succès de la stratégie commerciale
- Organiser et mettre en œuvre le plan de développement des activités
- Suivre les indicateurs de mesures de la qualité de la prestation de service attendue
- Prôner la promotion de solutions créatives
- Gérer les performances individuelles de vente
- Agir en tant que porte-parole de son équipe
- Transmettre des reportings mensuels à la direction du groupe
Issu d’une formation universitaire spécialisée dans le management hôtelier, vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe de vente de préférence dans la gestion hôtelière.
- Maîtriser parfaitement les outils informatiques courants
- Maîtriser OPERA PMS
- Maîtriser l’anglais et le français (le luxembourgeois et/ou l’allemand seront considérés comme des atouts)
- Connaître les techniques de ventes et l’environnement externe (clients, marché, concurrence)
- Expériences souhaitées dans les différents départements de notre structure : Sales & Marketing, Banquets et Séminaires, Yield Management et Centrale de Réservations.
- Maitriser les chiffres : avoir des compétences solides en mathématiques et en analyse financière
- Disposer d’excellentes habiletés de communication, d’écoute et de négociation
- Etre reconnu pour sa capacité à superviser et motiver un groupe d’employés (coaching)
- Etre doté de capacité de leadership et de résistance au stress
