**Your area of work**

In your position as Market and Member Readiness Officer, you will work in close contact with one or more project managers and support them in their tasks. You will be involved in the efficient hand over and positioning of the change with the client and the market for all triparty collateral management. You will become part of the Pre
- & Post-Trading (Div) | Clearstream Securities Services (A) | Custody and Investor Solutions (Dpt) | Product Program Management (S) | Market,Member Readiness & Support (U).

You will also interface with all project team members, as well as relationship managers, and therefore you should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

**Your responsibilities**
- Inform and Train RM about the change and strategy for impact assessment.
- Plan the customer impact assessment, coordinate with project manager, and provide regular status on the customer readiness milestones
- Review and impact all customer facing documents impacted by the change (project): legal documents, marketing material, RM presentations,
- Participate to all legal negotiations to create or maintain Clearstream legal agreement
- Write the customer detailed impact assessment
- Interact with the Agile team to understand and agree customer impacts for CBL and CBF
- Organize customer impact assessment and roadshow to explain the change implemented by Clearstream.
- Be creative in the communication plans to customers
- Lead rollout of new legal documents for collateral management and support customer in returning the relevant information
- Coordinate the follow up on customers questions
- Lead MCP impact assessment or CRC exemptions related to customer impacts

**Your profile**
- University Degree, minimum BAC + 2/3 in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar relevant experience in customer services or core business functions
- Strong client focus with excellent communication skills, with ability to work independently as well as in a team in an international environment
- A sense of urgency, being able to prioritize / multi-task well
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency in written and oral English; German, language skills will be an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Detail-oriented and strong sense of accuracy
- Project management skills, Swift ISO 15022 and 20022, Settlement CBL and T2S
- Triparty collateral management
