In order to support the growth of our Family Office - Accounting & Corporate team, we are currently looking for a:
**Client Relationship Manager - Accounting & Corporate Services (M/F)**
**Responsibilities**
- Management of a team composed of at least one accountant (assistant or senior);
- Management of a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI holdings, which includes the review of:
- Current operations;
- Balance sheet and interim/annual financial statements;
- Extra-accounting tables;
- Reports as requested by clients;
- Calculation of tax provisions;
- Tax declarations;
- VAT declarations;
- Annual accounts;
- Minutes, acts and contracts (purchase/sale contracts of shares, loan contracts, terms of bond loans);
- As well as:
- KYC / RBE updates;
- Preparation of invoicing;
- Monitoring of unpaid receivables;
- Central point of contact for the client together with the senior manager depending on the team organization;
- Identification of tax and legal issues for the files under responsibility;
- Proposal of solutions to customer challenges and/or needs;
- Participation in customer meetings;
- Coordination of tasks with the different units of CF Corporate Services and BDO;
- Responsible for verifying and meeting legal deadlines for filing annual accounts, tax returns and periodic/annual tax returns;
- Accounting and legal monitoring, transfer of information to the relevant service teams.
**Must-Have requirements**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and/or an accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACCA);
- You have at least 5-7 years’ professional experience in a similar position within a fiduciary/service provider in Luxembourg;
- You are fluent in English and French;
- You possess an extensive knowledge in accounting, Luxembourgish taxation and corporate law;
- You are rigorous with strong analytical skills;
- You demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks proactively and meet deadlines;
- You are customer and service-oriented;
- You have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
