**Job Description**:

- We have a great opportunity to work for a small, stable and privately owned trust company, that offers a range of fiduciary services to its clients, from their city-centre office for someone with strong English and French skills.
- Strong and enduing client relationships, and excellent service are at the core of what they do.
- In this role, you will report to the Head of Office, and have a range of responsibilities, from running your own portfolio, being a member on client Boards, through to supervising and guiding other team member in running their own portfolio of corporate entities, ensuring policies and procedures are robust and adhered to.
- Importantly, you’ll also have more strategic operational responsibilities, such working with the MD on a range of projects, checking efficiencies, and considering business opportunities, and promoting the group.
- You’ll have the presence to deputise for the Head of Office, and experience of at least 10 years in fiduciary services. You’ll be hands-on, positive, and have a strong compliance mentality.

Fluent in English and French

At least 10 years experience in a corporate services / fiduciary, with at least 3 years local experience in Luxembourg

Strong people management experience

The ability to assess operations, and where to create efficient ways of working
