**ServiceNow Consultant**

As a ServiceNow Consultant you will join the IT Operation team of a large European institution in Luxembourg.

**Missions**:
You will oversee the following responsibilities:

- Advise customers on the technological opportunities offered by ServiceNow,
- Independently configure the ServiceNow solution,
- Lead workshops to collect needs and technical design,
- Implementation of workflows,
- Maintenance of request items catalog
- CMDB update: scripting, validation & implementation of Discovery module,
- Implementation of SLA,
- Implementation of dashboards and reports, customization of forms (change, requests).

**Your profile**:

- 3 years of higher education and 8 years of experience minimum.
- Previous similar experience and ideally a knowledge of Angular / Javascript.
- English read, written and spoken
- Experience in IT Service Management processes with ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4)
- Ability to organize and plan
- Sense of service, benevolence, listening, rigor and adaptability
- Dynamism, proactivity and ability to provide solutions
- Ability to work in a team
