**Your missions**
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager in our Luxembourg office, you will play a key role in growing our presence and managing client relationships locally and in countries and areas where there is no local coverage. Acting as the primary contact, you will provide high-quality support to a diverse client portfolio.
In this context, you will:
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Work closely with the acquisition sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients into your portfolio, offering expert dealing support.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to enhance client satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Help clients optimize international payments and manage FX exposure by providing strategic insights and guidance for effective currency risk management.
- Raise awareness about currency issues, offering personalized support and helping clients make full use of our platform’s features.
- Address day-to-day client needs, responding to their questions and concerns promptly.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, sharing valuable insights with internal teams to promote continuous improvement.

**Your ideal profile**
- Minimum 7years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Expertise in the FX market and related products.
- Consistent track record of success in a KPI-driven environment, regularly meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to identify and address business needs and concerns.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and confident, demonstrating high integrity and a competitive drive to excel.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the capability to lead by example and inspire others.
- Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
- Fluency in English & Dutch is required, any other EU languages is highly desirable.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
