WHO YOU ARE
- You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university with an expected graduate date of May 2024
- You are pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related area
- You have people skills and personal courage (participating in meetings, asking questions, etc.)
- You have the ability to learn and adapt to new systems (financial reporting system, accounting systems, etc.)
- You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have strong organizational skills
- You have a proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Northern Trust Rotational Development Program (RDP) is designed to develop the technical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities of early career professionals.
During the 12-18 month program (dependent on the track), participants will have the opportunity to perform meaningful assignments in various rotations while gaining a broader perspective, along with exposure to leadership of the different departments in their chosen career track. Rotations are selected based on the business need as well as the RDP member’s career interests, goals, and skills.
Asset Servicing Rotations Include:
- Fund Accounting
- Transfer Agency
- Depositary Services
- IOO
- Custody
- Elective rotation within Asset Servicing such as Client Service Management
The Program:
- (3) 4 month rotations - and (1) 6 month elective rotation
- Located in Luxembourg
