WHO YOU ARE
- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university with an expected graduate date of May 202
- You are pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or a related area
- You have interpersonal skills and personal courage (engaging in meetings, posing questions, etc.)
- You are adept at learning and adapting to new systems (financial reporting system, accounting systems, etc.)
- You possess a robust proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- You exhibit strong organizational abilities
- You take a proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Northern Trust Rotational Development Program (RDP) is crafted to enhance the technical skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities of early career professionals.
During the 12-18 month program (depending on the track), participants will engage in meaningful assignments across various rotations while attaining a broader viewpoint, coupled with exposure to leadership within the distinct departments in their chosen career track.
Asset Servicing Rotations Include:
- Fund Accounting
- Transfer Agency
- Depositary Services
- IOO
- Custody
- Elective rotation within Asset Servicing such as Client Service Management
