The
**Pictet Group** is one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers. Pictet has been present since 1989 in Luxembourg, where it employs over 700 people.
Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.
You will contribute actively to the good functioning of the teams, provide administrative and logístical support to HR department, as well as participate to diverse HR projects.
**We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee to join our HR department**, in the HR Business Partners and HR Officers team.
**Start date: January 2024**
**Duration: 12 months**
**Employment rate: Part-time (80%)**
**Your role**
**Recruitment and onboarding**
- Prepare and publish job advertisements;
- Contact applicants and schedule interviews;
- Send responses to applicants.
- Preparing the onboarding of future employees (organising orientation days, photo sessions, new joiners' newsletter, etc.) and assisting HR Officers with gathering documents from new employees.
- Scheduling the mandatory medical check-up for new employees.
- Creating employee files and scanning HR documents.
**HR Projects support**
- Participating in HR process improvement and documentation.
- Reviewing and updating employees' job description linked to regulatory requirement.
- Maintain the recruitment & selection files and KPIs.
- Automatize HR Contracts and Amendments production.
- Improve Onboarding process automation.
- Support in designing individual tracks, Persona.
- Support in the context of Audit HR.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech Savvy profile: VBA for Excel, Tableau, and other IT skills will be considered as strong assets for the position.
- Well organised and structured.
- Ability to cope with a variety of tasks and topics in a dynamic growing organisation, combined with an ability to prioritise and organise your work.
- Service-oriented with a can-do attitude and team player.
- Positive mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- A high level of care and confidentiality is required for this post.
- Fluent in French and good command of English.
