Le service Funds & Institutional Clients recherche un-e stagiaire pour un stage de 6 mois. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration et sous la responsabilité des Team Manager Private Assets Transaction Management.
Au sein du département Fonds et clients institutionnels, les clients opèrent à l'échelle mondiale et dans une grande variété de classes d'actifs, allant des actions et obligations cotées en bourse au capital-investissement, à l'immobilier et à la dette privée (y compris la microfinance). Dans ce cadre votre rôle sera de:
- Tenir les registres et la vérification de la propriété de la banque dépositaire dans le cadre des transactions d'actifs privés (fonds immobiliers, fonds de dette, fonds de capital-risque, fonds de capital-investissement, fonds de fonds).
- Assister les chargé-es de clientèle dans leurs tâches quotidiennes d'analyse, de comptabilisation et de réconciliation des transactions, en veillant à ce que les systèmes internes soient mis à jour avec les informations les plus récentes.
- Aider à l'intégration opérationnelle des nouveaux clients, aux changements de structure des clients, en passant par l'examen des frais, la négociation des contrats et la préparation des réunions du conseil d'administration.
- Collaborer avec le chef de service pour collecter, calculer et produire des rapports KPI complets à l'intention de la direction et du conseil d'administration de la banque concernant l'évolution de l'activité ainsi que les performances financières des clients desservis par le service.
**Profil**:
Vous préparez une licence ou un master orienté économie, finance, management ou équivalent.
- Votre esprit curieux et dynamique vous permet d'analyser de façon critique, vous organiser et apprendre de vos expériences.
- Vous êtes fiable et enthousiaste avec de bonnes compétences relationnelles.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, la pratique du luxembourgeois et/ou de l'allemand constitue un avantage.
