A travers notre marque CK | Office Technologies (150 collaborateurs), nous proposons la location et la vente de solutions digitales pour l’impression, la numérisation et la gestion globale de vos documents professionnels. Nous proposons également une multitude de services pour accompagner les entreprises.
Notre marque CK | Sport&Fitness (50 collaborateurs) regroupe 4 centres de fitness au Luxembourg ainsi que le complexe sportif de Kockelscheuer.
Nous recherchons pour une entrée dès que possible et sous contrat à durée indéterminée un(e):
**Large Account Manager (H/F)**:
**MISSION PRINCIPALE**:
Votre mission principale sera de s’assurer du développement des activités de CK au sein des clients Grands Comptes dont vous aurez la responsabilité.
**PRINCIPALES TACHES**:
**Gestion des clients ‘Grands Comptes’ (GC)**:
Mettre en place une approche clients Grands Comptes afin de fidéliser les clients GC existants et trouver de nouveaux clients GC.
**Actions commerciales**:
- Effectuer une prospection active (démarchage, networking,)
- Visiter régulièrement les clients existants, détecter et définir les besoins clients, s’assurer de la satisfaction des travaux effectués,
- Organiser des visites clients avec les avant-ventes (i.e. avant préparation d’une offre), le gestionnaire de projets (i.e. pour support technique)
- Participer activement à la réalisation et au suivi des offres commerciales
- Conclusion des ventes et réalisation des détails de commandes
- Agir concrètement comme apporteur d’affaires / business développeur au sein de clients GC pour certains départements de CK
- Respecter et suivre les objectifs de l’activité, analyser les résultats obtenus et planifier des actions
**Activités Marketing**:
- Participer activement à la définition et au suivi du plan marketing
- Participer et organiser des événements, en collaboration avec le Marketing
**Actions communes avec la Direction commerciale**:
- Stratégie uniforme des clients Grands Comptes dans les portefeuilles des commerciaux
- Suivi des procédures et améliorations réalisables
- Interactivité des réunions avec les Responsables de départements
**Lien Vente / SAV, facturation, comptabilité**:
- Collaborer avec le SAV de la société, afin d’assurer une mise en place qualitative des projets d et s'assurer de la satisfaction des clients
- Se coordonner avec les services finances afin d'assurer la bonne prise en compte des projets délivrés, et le suivi des paiements des clients (relances à effectuer si besoin)
**PROFIL REQUIS**:
**Expérience Professionnelle**:
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de Grands Comptes, de préférence dans un environnement B2B.
- Expérience dans la gestion des processus de soumissions privées et gouvernementales, avec une connaissance des réglementations et exigences associées.
**Formation**: Formation de niveau Bac +3 en Techniques de commercialisation/Economie ou équivalent.
**Qualités et Compétences Métiers**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Orienté résultats, avec un historique de réalisation des objectifs de vente.
- Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients.
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles (orthographe, vocabulaire )
- Sens de l’organisation et de gestion des priorités
- Esprit d’équipe
- Bonnes connaissances de l’entreprise et de son organisation
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) et CRM.
**Langues**: La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est indispensable, le Luxembourgeois serait un véritable atout. Toute autre langue comme l’allemand sera un plus.
