As a Sr Manager on Standardization and Automation (S&A), you will work with our customers, partners, and operational stakeholders to lead standardization strategy for financial processes, prioritize resource investments, and spearhead the product build through expertly crafted business requirements documents. Given the breadth of the service, this role will require coordination across many internal teams and will be visible at the highest levels of the company. This role will lead through influence on the product build but will focus more on customer requirements.
This position is for a critical for delivering WWOPS finance goal to standardize and automate planning process. The L7 will lead WWOps Finance Variable cost standardization spread across >10 countries and ~$125bn costs.

Leading development and communication of lonterm vision to standardization and automate 100% of variable costs
Creating the portfolio execution plan, making trade-off decisions and driving leadership decisions.
Leading a team in defining product requirements based on intimate knowledge of the target customers and the use cases
Owning the entire standard module expansion strategy right from creating an expansion plan, onboarding new customers, maintenance and continuous improvement.
Be an evangelist, promoting new features to customers, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously protecting and enhancing the customer experience.
Identifying new opportunities for S&A to innovate on behalf of our customers.
