Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to join the International Devices Finance team. Over the past decade, Amazon has developed a number of leading, innovative, and fast-growing devices. The role is part of the team who supports the EU Sales & Marketing org for Fire TV, Kindle and Fire Tablet, covering the launch of new products, pricing & promotional activities, Customer engagement initiatives and financial planning/analysis. The role will specifically support the Device Accessories business for all product lines.
Key job responsibilities
- Strategic and thought leader to the Business team as they make key investment decisions
- Evaluate the economics and financial implications of sales plans
- Forecast and track success metrics to inform future investment decisions
- Perform financial modeling, ad hoc analyses, and maintain operating and business metrics
- Develop scalable and efficient financial processes
- Lead forecasting cycles and provide variance drivers between forecast and actuals for senior leadership finance and business reviews
- Own and drive finance communication with the business teams on product performance, financial impact, and risks & opportunities.
Luxembourg, LUX
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)
