**Project Support Officer - HealthTech (M/F)**

**L**uxinnovation’s Business Relationship Management department offers its expertise and personalised support to companies of all sizes and in all sectors to support their innovation initiatives.
The Luxembourg HealthTech Cluster brings together national stakeholders involved in breakthrough health technologies. Its objective is to promote and foster innovation within the HealthTech ecosystem. The cluster also aims to leverage the country's advanced digital landscape to catalyse the development of innovative digital HealthTech projects.
The cluster is seeking a Project Support Officer to strengthen the existing team, as well as to promote and support the development of the HealthTech sector in Luxembourg.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Project support**:
- Play a crucial role in enhancing our responsiveness, engagement, and project-related company interactions.
- Work together with our European and national funding, SMEs, and startup advisors to answer more complex inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between companies and internal or external teams when relevant, thereby supporting and positively influencing project-related client relationships.
- Contribute to the planning, organisation, coordination and execution of the team’s projects and events.

Administrative assistance**:
- Provide comprehensive support as needed and adapt and contribute to the evolving needs with flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other internal business records.
- Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with our internal European and national funding, SMEs, and startup teams.
- Assist the team in generating insightful reports on KPIs and activities.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least Bac + 2 degree, preferably from a business administration school or university, or a degree in communication, innovation, entrepreneurship, sciences, etc.
- High interest in innovation and health technologies, and passionate to serve companies.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, coupled with communication and marketing experience.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, ability to adapt to various departments.
- A fast learner who is able and eager to acquire knowledge on a variety of projects and technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish are considered an asset.
