**We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead**

You will report directly to the Head of People & Culture and your main missions are set around 3 pillars but not only:
Strategy & Leadership
- Lead a multicultural team of 10 recruiters,1 campus officer and 1 Global Mobility Consultant
- In close collaboration with the Head of Culture and the Firm's executive committee, build and implement the recruitment strategy to attract and hire the best talents
- As a part of the management team of the People and Culture department, share collective responsibility for delivering organizational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organization
- Be a role model for effective and positive leadership which is ethical, results driven and future oriented

Talent Acquisition
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for the different line of services (Audit/Tax/Advisory & Business Services)
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for Leadership roles
- Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and exchange with the procurement

Employer Brand & Campus
- Ability to collaborate with the Campus Team Leader and run hiring initiatives at Universities/ Campus jointly
- Encourage and enable employees to be brand ambassadors by providing training and support such as social media guidelines and tool kits and involving interested in content creating and sharin with the support of the Campus team

Reporting & Projects
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Review existing recruitment and selection processes to ensure ease of engagement and efficiency to the Leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify and implement HR indicators in relation to recruitment and provide associated reporting to enable the identification of areas for improvement
- Report on emerging trends in the employment market and target talent segments
- Being involved and leading ad hoc projects focused on software implementation/ improvement with transversal teams

**What we look for**
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in International Talent Acquisition preferably within a professional services environment; previous team management experience is required
- Domain of LinkedIn Recruiter, valuable knowledge of the Luxembourg/EU market and understanding of the key players within the recruitment world
- Fluent in English; French (any valuable knowledge of other languages is appreciated).
- Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, analytical, time and project management, and presentation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, client service mindset
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions; experience planning, managing, and executing medium scale events
- Ability to think proactively, creatively, and strategically
- A willingness to question the status quo and enthusiasm to impact change
- A passion and high level of skill for all things recruitment related and a genuine interest in employer branding, marketing and social media
- Ability to look for solutions to meet business needs with high responsiveness and the development of initiatives
