**About the Role**:
**Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters** is looking for an Intern to join the **Kinder Consumer Shopping Understanding (CSU) Category Team** and support the Kinder Chocolate & Masterbrand Research Manager on specific Projects.

**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will organize and systematize the Category Archive. You will perform administrative and operative tasks including the opening of Purchasing Orders (POs).

Additionally, you will contribute to Specific Research projects by supporting the CSU Manager in crafting projects’ design and developing proposals, preparing research tools (screeners, questionnaires, etc.) and reviewing results and gathering transversal learnings from past projects. Additionally, you will participate in Ad-hoc desk research activities and communicate daily with research institutes and internal stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to play a part in creating new products for the Kinder brand, to build equity and the communication strategy, and to participate in diverse research projects within an international work environment with cross functional teams.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in **Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or related field**. Your analytical skills will prove invaluable in research activities, as will your fundamental understanding of project management. You are fluent in English (Italian is a plus), organized, have good communication and time management skills, and can efficiently multitask.
