Copywriter & Translation Coordinator

Salonkee, launched in 2017, is on a mission to digitise the hair and beauty sector by providing our clients with a leading salon management tool including a digital agenda, online booking, CRM, point of sale and much more. Salonkee is also an online booking platform gathering great hair & beauty salons in one place. We are a rapidly growing team of +60 people spread over 5 countries. **If you are a language enthusiast, live and breathe copywriting, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Copywriter & Translation Coordinator to take charge of written content & shape our brand's voice across all channels.**

**The main areas of responsibility include**:

- Write compelling blog articles for both the B2B & B2C side of our business
- Collaborate on the creation of nurturing campaigns
- Take charge of our newsletter for both B2B & B2C Clients
- Coordinate translations of our communications for both print & digital
- Research topics related to the beauty industry & the business of beauty
- Collaborate with our Sales Managers & marketing team to write compelling copy for printed material in all countries
- Create a content calendar for blog articles & work with our designer to illustrate them
- Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Expert to write compelling copies for Google Ads for 5+ territories
- Participate in product meetings & write comprehensive articles on relevant updates for our B2B clients
- Participate in shaping the tone of voice of the Salonkee Brand
- Review and align all written copy throughout the company and make sure that the right tone of voice is respected throughout all channels & departments
- Collaborate with our product team on information architecture & UX
- Help write clear copy that helps users navigate our digital channels & better understand our product
- Translate technical details into benefits for our users.
- Align & proofread all written content of our current & future materials

**Basic qualifications**:

- You are fluent in English and German (French and any other additional language is an advantage)
- An autonomous person with great organisational skills
- A beauty industry & entrepreneurship enthusiast
- Great communication skills & ability to adapt tone of voice depending on specific audiences
