**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily translation output, from project creation to publishing of material in proprietary TMS and Database
- Administer translation requests in our ticketing system (JIRA)
- Collect source keys, info and stakeholder requirements to streamline the process and help deliver great content
- Ensure translations are delivered in a timely manner or by specified turnaround times
- Review translation Quality and detect any linguistic, engineering or design issues. Ensure these are resolved before content is published
- Coordinate a growing network of remote translators (+25), including recruitment, negotiation and payments
- Brief and support the translators through the localization process, removing doubt and/or clarifying grey areas
- Develop and maintain linguistic documentation (e.g. glossaries, style guides), supported by translators
- Liaise with developer teams on workflow improvement and translation technology
- Work with the Line Manager to progressively research and introduce innovative localization systems
- Any other activities assigned by Line Manager
**Qualifications**:
**Work experience**
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation or related field
- +3 years of experience as project manager, unafraid of driving 360-degree operations
- +3 years of experience with localization tools and apps
- +2 years of experience with web-based products, digital marketing and SEO
- Experience with software & apps development
- Experience with Product management tools (JIRA), as well as Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
**Competencies, language skills**
- Knowledge of Localization & Internationalization practices. You understand translation keys, values and translatable elements
- Fluency in English and at least 1 more language. You bring passion for linguistic and cultural diversity
- Great attention to detail and laser-focused editing abilities (ideally you can catch a typo in the last minute)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects under pressure
- Natural problem solver, you know how to overcome challenges and propose solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong can-do attitude
