**Vos missions**
- Vous sélectionnez, évaluez et développez les membres de vos équipes et leur allouer les tâches.
- Vous travaillez avec les statistiques, les données analytiques et pourcentages afin de délivrer des études quantitatives.
- Vous analysez les opinions et ressentis par rapport à certains produits et services pour donner des interprétations derrière les chiffres (études qualitatives).
- Vous fournissez les informations et analyses au ComEx en vue de l’élaboration du plan stratégique de la société.
- Vous élaborez le plan Stratégique Marketing annuel.
- Vous nomitorez le développement des marchés et des tendances (Market Watch).
- Vouds analysez la concurrence : Benchmarking des produits, services, frais, parts de marché.
- Vous étudiez le potentiel pour lancer de nouveaux produits, services segments (Market Entry Study).
- Vous évaluez les marchés existants (profitabilité, raison d’y être, positionnement, tendances) et transmettre au ComEx le résultat de ses analyses.
- Vous estimez les comportements futurs des clients ou des partenaires tels que rachat de clients, changement de l’appétence, etc. (Predictable modelling).
- Vous gérez les produit des recommandations / des scenarii / des opportunités de manière objective et standardisée pour alimenter le processus de prise de décisions du ComEx.
- Vous facilitez les échanges entre les différents « experts » internes et externes à WEALINS.
- Vous évaluez le succès de la mise en place des opportunités.
- Vous définissez en collaboration avec le ComEx le périmètre d’actions des activités de son département.
- Vous contribuez à l’élaboration des budgets de son département, en collaboration avec le ComEx.
- Vous coordonnez en collaboration avec les spécialistes de WEALINS la collecte et l’analyse des informations sur les tendances, les risques et les opportunités dans leur domaine respectif (juridique, patrimonial, commercial, numérique...).
**Votre profil**
- Vous possédez un un BAC+5 universitaire à orientation économique, financière ou mathématique.
- Vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience mínimale de 5 années dans une fonction de Market Researcher.
- Vous possédez de bonnes notions dans l'environnement financier, l'assurance (vie) serait un plus.
- Vous êtes expérimenté dans le domaine de Market Research.
- Vous avez connaissance des techniques d'étude de marché, macro-économie & géopolitique.
- Vous avez des connaissances techniques d’analyse des données.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais. La connaissance d'une langue supplémentaire est un atout.
