Web Content Writer (m/f)

(1-year limited contract, replacement maternity leave, full time, based in Leudelange)

As a Web Content Writer, you will be responsible for managing and developing our web, blog and newsletter content editorial calendar. This includes conducting keyword and trend research, writing and curating various content for our digital media channels and website using SEO techniques. Your primary focus will be on developing the content calendar, analyzing content performance, and creating blog posts, articles, eBooks, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content. You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely to develop and manage communication campaigns.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent strategic and analytical skills, as well as strong research, copywriting, and editing abilities. We also require a demonstrated portfolio of previous work.

Successful candidates should have knowledge and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and be familiar with SEO best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage the blog and newsletter editorial calendar.

· Write, review, and update website content.

· Oversee blog content, generate ideas, and develop engaging posts.

· Produce lead generation content such as whitepapers, webinars, guides, case studies, and presentations.

· Conduct research and interviews to stay updated on industry-related topics.

· Plan, create, and publish various content types on social media and email.

· Provide performance reports for the channels.

· Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content.

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand our products and customer needs, developing content accordingly.

· Coordinate content translation.

· Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone across the website and digital content.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience creating engaging content with demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.

· Portfolio of previous writing work.

· Experience with content management platforms, such as WordPress.

· Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.

· Native or near-native English language skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Strong listening and communication skills.

· Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

· Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
