**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company, with more than 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites all over the world, as our Finishing Manager.

About the job

We are opening a brand-new finishing line for our new product: Particle board. We are looking for an experienced Manager to start and lead the entire finishing line.

Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:

- Supervision of the technology process and coordination of particle board production,
- Adjustment of technology process parameters and machine parameters,
- Supervision of the quality of manufactured products,
- Supervision of efficiency of the particle board manufacturing process,
- Cooperation with the Technical Department in terms of repair, maintenance and optimization of equipment performance. Coordination of activities performed by technical services during repairs and maintenance activities,
- Training of subordinate staff members in activities related to the monitoring of product origin,
- Monitoring of employees to make sure they hold required certificates and have completed obligatory medical examinations,
- Monitoring of and responsibility for working time limits of subordinate employees and scheduled use of employees' holiday leaves,
- Monitoring of correct segregation and labelling of certified products in sanding lines,
- Supervision of activities carried out by subordinate employees to ensure their correctness,
- Responsibility for organizing the work of subordinate employees,
- Organize, prepare and conduct work, taking into account the protection of employees against accidents at work, occupational diseases and other diseases related to the conditions of the working environment,
- Take care of the safe and hygienic condition of workplaces and technical equipment, as well as the efficiency of collective protection measures and their use in accordance with their intended purpose,

**Profil**:
You are a wood-panel expert and are looking for a new challenge? Before joining us, be sure to answer the following requirements:

- Have a previous experience in a similar position (Production line management),
- Be specialized or at least interested by Timber industry,
- Have a high diploma in a technical area (Engineering, Wood,..)
- Be fluent in English and French,
- Be available for business trips,
- Have an excellent ability to synchronize tasks,
- Have a perfect work organization.
