Work with both Service User and Service Provider in relation to Intragroup Outsourcing Arrangements to create Statements of Work with appropriate Key Performance Indicators for both the PFS and the Branch in line with the Bank's outsourcing policy:
-
Assess third party vendors and ensure that they appropriate due diligence is undertaken in line with the Bank's third-party risk management programme:
-
Engage with appropriate second line of defence teams to evaluate applicable US Bank policies and oversee local Luxembourg adoption/adaption, as relevant:
-
Work with PFS and Branch business lines to ensure creation and implementation of processes and procedures with appropriate controls are in line with adopted/adapted policies:
-
Oversee the Risk Control Self Assessments and Enterprise Compliance Risk Assessments with the business lines and ensure assessment of Inherent Risk and Control Effectiveness Ratings are undertake with the business lines:

Work with the wider WMIS CRO team to map the necessary and appropriate business line control environments:
-
Engage with second line of defence and business line teams to create appropriate business continuity plans and records:
-
Work with the EU Data Protection Officer to undertake a gap analysis and ensure completion of any associated activities arising from the analysis:
-
Maintain appropriate risk governance structure to ensure effective risk oversight:
-
Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures:
-
Ensure management, assessment, monitoring and reporting of both enterprise and operational risks:
-
Maintain risk framework and risk function advising on process change:
-
Participate in committee and board meetings with senior management:
-
Work with the Head of Compliance to manage meetings and inspections carried out by Regulatory bodies:
-
Conduct ongoing risk assessments and suggest changes to company policies and procedures

Support the risk identification and risk assessment processes:
-
Ensure ongoing monitoring and oversight of implementation of remedial action of changes to policies, procedures, processes and controls within the Business Lines is undertaken:

Minimum 5 years risk management background with experience in Alternatives Funds:
-
Proven track record and excellent understanding of operational and enterprise risk and prior experience of working directly with regulators:
-
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles:
-
Proven ability to manage a team:
-
Professional judgement, communication and strong networking skills:
-
Strong oral and written communication skills:
-
Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential:

Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities:
