TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, maintain and monitor provisions for Direct Operating Costs (DOCs) and Other Operating Expenses related to Flight Costing
- Coordination with Cargolux network stations to provide flight cost details into the online tool (E-Flight)
- Ensure that all accruals for DOCs and Other Operating Expenses related to Flight Costing are available for the route profitability reports
- Monitor Indirect Operating Cost (IOC) production figures
- Fulfil analyzing and reporting requirements to provide decision making information
- Assist in the monthly and annual financial closure of accounts
- Improving and assuring the data integrity (including master data) across the different tools used by the Business Intelligence department
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, finance, accounting)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong IT skills, especially with MS Excel+
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Experience working with SAP will be considered as an advantage
- Being able to work autonomously, managing the day to day in an assertive way and making sure deadlines are met in communication with several data providers around Cargolux network
- Excellent team player
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, other languages such as German and French are considered as an advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full time position based in Luxembourg
- Flexibility in working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
