Business Development Intern

**Key responsibilities**
Supporting the Business Development Team with:
- Preparation of pricing proposal requests and support with follow up processes (e.g: Request for Proposal ("RFP")
- Market research on asset management industry and coordination of marketing campaigns
- Preparation of preliminary drafts of Due Diligence Questionnaires in collaboration with Client Facing Teams
- Organisation and maintenance of library of templates and resources within the data management system
- Ad-hoc tasks and assignments
**CRM System - SalesForce**
- Update and maintenance of the system with activities and contacts from the Business Development and Marketing teams, as well as generation of reports for overall analysis
- Collaboration with system stakeholders to identify and implement existing resources
**Conferences and Events**
- Assistance with logistics for the organisation of events
- Collaboration with the relevant departments to ensure continuous supply of marketing materials
**Skills, knowledge, expertise**
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Computer literacy is essential, including excel, PowerPoint, document management systems and Outlook
- Self-starter, attentive to details, team player and proactive
- Exposure to/knowledge of alternative assets industry or fund administration would be of an asset
- Degree in Economics,, Business Management, Law or other relevant disciplines will be considered an advantage
- General knowledge of Finance will be considered a strong asset
- 1-2 years' experience in the Funds Industry would be of an asset, ideally in Luxembourg
- Proficient communication in English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of another language will be considered an asset
