Le département ‘Wholesale & Corporate Functions’ de POST Technologies est au cœur de nos activités commerciales, gérant efficacement la vente de services de gros et entretenant des relations avec des opérateurs à l’échelle nationale et internationale. Il assure un suivi des performances opérationnelles et financières, tout en soutenant la qualité et la formation, alignées sur les standards internationaux.
Pour sa section « Performance Monitoring » le département recherche actuellement un(e)** **Business Analyst - Business Intelligence** **(M/F/n)**
**Vos missions**:
- Être l'expert référent sur les outils et les méthodologies de Business Intelligence au sein de l’entité POST Technologies
- Définir les standards UI, Power BI, flux de données, documentation
- Élaborer et améliorer le framework de KPIs et de statistiques
- Collecter, analyser, documenter les besoins de nos clients internes et externes
- Concevoir divers rapports et tableaux de bord en utilisant les outils du type MSSQL et Power BI
- Automatiser les flux de données (SSIS)
- Analyser les risques, les tendances, les variations et établir des liens entre les indicateurs métier et les données financières
- Participation à la définition et l’amélioration du Framework de KPIs et statistiques
**Votre profil**:
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Master (Telecom, IT, Informatique décisionnelle, etc)
- Disposer d’une expérience à une fonction similaire de minimum 3 à 5 années, idéalement en telecom ou analyse financière
- Maîtriser Power BI / Plateform, SQL, SSIS et Excel ainsi que la modélisation de bases de données
- Avoir un fort intérêt pour l'analyse de données et les statistiques
- Être pragmatique, orienté(e) solutions et amélioration continue
- Faire preuve de résilience, avoir une bonne gestion du stress et savoir se rendre disponible selon les besoins du service
- Savoir apprendre et travailler de façon autonome, si nécessaire
- Maitriser le français et l’anglais. La maitrise du luxembourgeois est un avantage
