Employé Logistique
The purpose:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’Employé Logistique qui va s’occuper de la gestion et administration des stocks, des transports et des flux de marchandises au sein du dépôt en respectant les procédures de transport ISO. Veiller à l’élaboration des rapports de distribution et au traitement des données concernant les entrées et sorties des transporteurs, afin de développer les activités de distribution et de permettre un suivi budgétaire.

Votre mission:
- Contrôler la documentation provenant des transporteurs
- Exactitude du contenu réel par rapport au contenu théorique
- Les signatures et la complétude des fichiers
- Vérifier que les retours de marchandises défectueuses soient gérés avec les documents adéquats
- Confirmer les réceptions de merchandises
- Veiller au traitement administratif des données de transport
- Gestion des encodages et des données de base sur les clients, les transporteurs
- Contrôle du traitement des données de chargement, déchargement et de l’enregistrement des heures et dates d’entrée/sortie
- Elaboration de rapports périodiques sur l’administration des chargements et des déchargements
- Administration des heures ouvrées par des entreprises de transport externes en vue du contrôle de la facturation
- Collecte, analyse et reporting des données relatives aux clients et au transport
- Récolte des données via le système informatique
- Analyse des données par rapport aux prévisions et budgétisation, et signalisation des anomalies au responsable.
- Communication avec les chauffeurs et transporteurs les modifications apportées à la planification
Le profil recherché:
- Bonne connaissance des activités opérationnelles en logistique
- Familiarité avec les outils informatiques
- Esprit d’équipe
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Bonne maîtrise d’anglais
- Une expérience de terrain dans un environnement industriel est un plus
- Aptitudes de leadership (accent sur la communication, la motivation de l’équipe)
