Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. Assisting more than 14,6 milion of retail customers through a network of 5360 branches, it significantly supports the development of Companies and gives an important sustain to the country's growth. The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries. Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries in support of its corporate customers’ cross-border business. It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_
**Introduction**:
Assist the Relationship Manager in the consolidation and development of the relationships as well as assist in performing various financial analyses and commercial proposals
**Activities**:
Assist in drafting commercial proposals and monitoring RM portfolios;
Assist in conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research;
Prepare management reports for various industry studies and identify appropriate market opportunities;
Collect data in order to support the RM in the analysis of business objectives to ensure achievement of all product mix for all relationships with customers;
Administer all work and ensure compliance to all guidelines, sales processes and standards to ensure effective inspections;
Assist RMs to arrange credit facility, participate in client meeting and prepare marketing materials for new clients and prospective clients;
Assist relationship manager in portfolio management, and loan life monitoring and administration;
Ensure proper execution of clients’ instructions in order to provide an optimal quality service;

**Requirements**:
Minimum: Bachelor degree in business, commercial or finance, ideally with a previous experience in the Corporate Banking industry
