Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. Assisting more than 14,6 milion of retail customers through a network of 5360 branches, it significantly supports the development of Companies and gives an important sustain to the country's growth. _The Group has a selected retail banking presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with approximately 1,000 branches and 7.2 million customers in 12 countries. _Intesa Sanpaolo is also present in 25 countries in support of its corporate customers’ cross-border business. _It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_
**Scope and Purpose**:
Responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that the Bank's projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving project's organization and timeline.
- Responsabilities & Duties- Definition of the development roadmap
- Collection and analysis of business requirements,
- Drafting of functional and technical analyses;
- Sprint planning and monitoring of activities;
- Follow-up of SIT (system integration test),
- Definition and follow-up of UAT (user acceptance test)
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocationroject monitoring, drafting of documentation (business case, risk log, issue log, planning etc.)Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
**Required Experience**:
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering for technical project managers or Banking and Finance field,
Proven working experience as a project administrator ideally in Banking industry, at least 4 years of experience.
**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II / ITIL 4 certification is a plus
- English and Italian languages required, French language is a plus
