**PERE Account Manager M/F**:

**Your challenge**
- Manage and organize the day-to-day administration of alternative investment funds (Incorporation, liquidation, board/shareholders meetings)
- Process and coordinate routine and complex fund operations e.g. investments transactions, capital calls, distributions.
- Review the calculation of various alternative investment funds NAVs
- Review and assist in the preparation of financial statements and associated reports.
- Liaising with auditors for year-end review
- Maintain close relationships with clients /intermediaries (SPV administrators, third-party service providers)
- Manage Investors relations e.g. resolution of queries, provisions of ad hoc reports and liaise with internal stakeholders for queries and instructions.
**Your Profile**
- At least 5 years of experience within the financial administration of alternative investment funds (PE/RE fund accounting, Client relationship management etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Accounting principles (expert-comptable and / or on-going ACCA qualification or equivalent would be considered as an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent self-organization with the ability to work with minimum supervision while having a high degree of motivation and focus on quality
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in German and English is mandatory (additional languages are considered to be a plus)
- University degree in Accounting or Finance (additional skills and knowledge in regulatory aspects are to be considered a plus)
- Very good MS-Excel skills.
